Things to do in Europe
Templo Expiatorio de la Sagrada Familia - (Church of the Sacred Family) was constructed by Antoni Gaudi during 1882. This church is considered to be a masterpiece of architecture. All of the points and steeples built show different parts of the Christian religion and add to the beauty of the church.
Las Ramblas - This fleamarket is a global attraction to anyone who visits Spain. Here, you will see some of the most exciting shops, magnificient architecture, and cafes. It is a place just to walk around and soak up all of Spain and experience what Spain really is.
The Acropolis - This is a famous site in Athens. Here, contains some of the history of the ancient Greeks. With in these ruins you will see what made Greece the city it was and the city it still is today.
Colosseo - (Colosseum) in Rome is one of the most impressive sites back in ancient times and is still partially standing today. This marble structure has lasted for hundreds of years and is one of the greatest places to take tours. It used to hold events for the ancient Romans for gladatiors to fight in and now still contains that same thrill upon entering it.
Vatican Museums - Included within these museums is the painting done by Michelangelo, his painting of the Sistine Chapel. The artwork shown here is globally known and is known as being some of the most awe inspiring artwork known through out the country. |
