Things to do in Bermuda
Tobacco Bay Beach - One of Bermuda's most famous beaches. Its sand is white, warm, and inviting like all of the others however, this beach offers equipment rental and a snack bar. It is considered one of Bermuda's most friendly beaches.
Elbow Beach - Party, Party, and Party is all that goes on at this beach. There are numerous hotels that line this beach making it one of the most popular tourist beach areas.
St. George's Historical Society Museum - Take a step back in time and visit life in Colonial Bermuda. This museum contains collections of facts, letters, pictures, and pieces of what life was like in the 1700's as well as a letter from George Washington.
NonSuch Island - This nature reserve contains some of the most beatufil plants and wildlife found on the numerous islands in Bermuda. It is home to animals as well. Its remote location makes it an ideal place for nature lovers.
St. Peter's Church - Containing some archetecture from the 17th century and earlier, this church is filled with history. It is a beautiful sight to see or to get married on. It is known as being the oldest Anglican Church in the Western Hemisphere. |
