Merge onto NY-440 North Exit # 9 toward Bayonne Bridge
Cross Bayonne Bridge and continue on 440 North
Make right onto Cape Liberty Terminal (Port Terminal Boulevard)

Parking at the pier requiers a $12 a day fee and must be paid in cash. The terminal does not accept credit or check.
